Lee is an accomplished radio monitor and ham. He is one of the group's specialists on Pirate Radio communications, having served on the editorial staff of the Association of Clandestine Enthusiasts (A*C*E) monthly journal. He has also written a number of feature articles for Monitoring Times Magazine
