Mark has over 25 years of experience in the radio hobby. 2006 will mark his 20th anniversary as a licensed Amateur Radio Operator. He currently holds a General Class license as N8ICW. Mark is a staff columnist with National Communications Magazine and The All Ohio Scanner Club's American Scannergram. Mark monitors anything from DC to daylight, but specializes in Federal and Military monitoring. He most enjoys finding new "un-published" frequencies and information. In his spare time he enjoys railroad photography, fantasy sports, and all kinds of Science Fiction. You may see Mark in his other roles as either the Klingon Warrior M'rek vestai-Qorvazh, XO of the IKV BortaS, or as member of the Stargate SG-1 team at a Sci-Fi Convention near you. Mark has created a blog for military monitoring in and around Ohio. Comments can be posted to the blog to provide "real time" notification of activity being heard.
